Hello again. This past Saturday, I made mini heart pancakes. I used heart shaped fondant cutters for this. The larger heart was used as a pancake mold and the smaller heart was used to cut a heart out of the pancake. Here's the finished product.
I put some caramel sauce in the hearts. I hope you try making these this weekend. I am available as a freelance chef on my days off. Send me an email to: mikea1@earthlink.net for more details. Until my next post, have a great day. Remember, fondant cutters are your friends.

Pumpkin Spice Biscuit Rolls - 9/5/2016
Hello everyone.
Tonight, I had some biscuit dough and wanted to do something different. So, I took one biscuit dough round & flattened it. Then, I put cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and caramel sauce. I sliced it into 3 strips and rolled them up. I baked them at 400 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. Here's the result.
Have this with your PSL or any other coffee drink. These are quick & easy to prepare. Make at least 2 dozen of them because they will disappear fast. That's it for this post. Until my next post, have a great day.

Mini Churro Plate II - 8/27/2016
Hello.
Today for dessert, I made a mini churro plate. I baked 5 mini churros I got from Trader Joe's for 7 minutes at 425 degrees. I arranged them on a plate topping with caramel sauce, hot fudge sauce & finished with black onyx chocolate sugar. Here's a picture of it.
It's a light dessert that I estimated to be under 300 calories. Try this soon. That's it for this post. Until my next post, have a great day.

Grilled Italian Cheese Toast - 8/11/2016
Hello everyone.
Tonight, I made Grilled Italian Cheese Toast to go with tater tots & Italian sausage meatballs. I cut a ciabatta roll in half. Then, I buttered it and drizzled Italian dressing over the slices and pan fried them. After coming off of the pan, I put shredded cheddar cheese on them. You can put any cheese you want on them. Processed cheese product doesn't work on this recipe. If the first ingredient is water, it isn't cheese. Here's a picture of the finished product.
Enjoy it with your favorite meal tonight. That's it for this post. Until my next post, have a great day.

Pan Fried Cinnamon Loaf Cake - 8/6/2016
Hello again from The Goodie Guy.
Today, I made a pan fried cinnamon loaf cake. I sliced the loaf cake, brushed on maple syrup on one side. I buttered a frying pan and fried each slice on both sides. When they were done, I topped them with butter and more maple syrup. Here is a picture of the finished product.
I hope you enjoy the picture. It's quick and easy. It's like a mini french toast. Try it today. That's it for this post. Until my next post, have a great day.

Breakfast Mack Sandwich with Proper Sauce - 7/31/2016
Hello, everyone.
I decided to have breakfast for dinner tonight. So, I made a Breakfast Mack Sandwich with Proper Sauce. Since you can't get a McDonald's Big Mac at breakfast, I would try to make a breakfast version.
First, the Proper Sauce. It is a combination of ketchup, BBQ Sauce, Dijon Mustard & Ranch dressing. Adjust each to your taste. Here's the finished Proper Sauce.
Now, for the sandwich. It's 2 pork breakfast sausage/ground beef patties, Proper Sauce, hash browns, cheese, peppers & onions on a grilled bagel. Here's the sandwich.
One of the patties is under the cheese. I hope you like this picture. No sides needed for this item. That's it for this post. I would like to thank Vicente Arenas from KUSA in Denver, CO. for the inspiration for this post. Until next post, have a great day.
