Grilled Rice Pudding Burritos - 12/21/2014

Hello, everyone.  I was bored at breakfast this morning.  I had flour tortillas, cinnamon, a single serve cup of rice pudding and Coronado goat milk caramel spread.  So, I made grilled rice pudding burritos.

I microwaved one flour tortilla with half of the rice pudding and sprinkled a 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon on it for about 30 seconds.  After I got that out of the microwave, I topped it with the Coronado goat milk caramel spread.  I wrapped it up and grilled it in a frying pan.  I made 2 of these today.  Here is a picture of them.


This was messy eating, but, it was good.  If I make this again, I'll go with 1/3 of the rice pudding on each tortilla and get smaller tortillas.  Or, I could make this into rice pudding tacos with corn tortillas and sprinkle the corn tortillas with cinnamon.
