Cornbread Croutons - 5/25/2015

Hello, everyone. Happy Memorial Day.

     I bought some cornbread last week from Colorado Smokehouse Catering and BBQ in Colorado Springs, Co.  I put the cornbread into the freezer overnight to harden up.  I then took it and cubed it. I melted honey butter in a frying pan and put the cornbread cubes in and fried on all sides.  It's actually good. If I left the cornbread out and it remained soft, it wouldn't work out.  Here's a picture of it.


You may want to add these to black eyed peas and rice.  That's all for this post.  Until my next post, have a great day.
