Everybody Loves Raymend Noodles - 10/20/2016

Hello.  This is my first Asian Italian cuisine dish. It's called Everybody Loves Raymend Noodles.  It's a combination of chow mein noodles, pizza sauce, mozzarella & lucifero cheeses and sliced breaded chicken.  Here's the finished product.

The lucifero cheese gives this dish a kick.  You can substitute ramen noodles if you choose.  That's it for this post.  I'm available to cook for private parties and tasting events in the Denver Metro area.
