Hello. This is my first Asian Italian cuisine dish. It's called Everybody Loves Raymend Noodles. It's a combination of chow mein noodles, pizza sauce, mozzarella & lucifero cheeses and sliced breaded chicken. Here's the finished product.
The lucifero cheese gives this dish a kick. You can substitute ramen noodles if you choose. That's it for this post. I'm available to cook for private parties and tasting events in the Denver Metro area. Send an email to mikea1@earthlink.net for more details. Until my next post, have a great day.

Marscapone Cheesecake Bites - 10/19/2016
Hello, everyone.
Last night, I made Marscapone Cheesecake Bites with a Lavender Red Plum Sauce. I mixed 2 tablespoons of marscapone cheese with a slice of cheesecake with the graham cracker crust removed. Then, I added 2 tablespoons of the Lavender red plum sauce. I placed the mixture into a small ice cube tray & froze it overnight.
Today, I released the bites from the tray. Then, I put 2 of the bites onto a small appetizer plate topped them with caramel sauce & placed a small amount of the Lavender Red Plum Sauce on the side for dipping. Here's the finished product.
I hope you like this. Until my next post, have a great day.
P.S. I'm available for cooking demos & events. Send an email to: mikea1@earthlink.net for details.

Mini Heart Pancakes - 10/4/2016
Hello again. This past Saturday, I made mini heart pancakes. I used heart shaped fondant cutters for this. The larger heart was used as a pancake mold and the smaller heart was used to cut a heart out of the pancake. Here's the finished product.
I put some caramel sauce in the hearts. I hope you try making these this weekend. I am available as a freelance chef on my days off. Send me an email to: mikea1@earthlink.net for more details. Until my next post, have a great day. Remember, fondant cutters are your friends.

Pumpkin Spice Biscuit Rolls - 9/5/2016
Hello everyone.
Tonight, I had some biscuit dough and wanted to do something different. So, I took one biscuit dough round & flattened it. Then, I put cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and caramel sauce. I sliced it into 3 strips and rolled them up. I baked them at 400 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. Here's the result.
Have this with your PSL or any other coffee drink. These are quick & easy to prepare. Make at least 2 dozen of them because they will disappear fast. That's it for this post. Until my next post, have a great day.

Mini Churro Plate II - 8/27/2016
Hello.
Today for dessert, I made a mini churro plate. I baked 5 mini churros I got from Trader Joe's for 7 minutes at 425 degrees. I arranged them on a plate topping with caramel sauce, hot fudge sauce & finished with black onyx chocolate sugar. Here's a picture of it.
It's a light dessert that I estimated to be under 300 calories. Try this soon. That's it for this post. Until my next post, have a great day.

Grilled Italian Cheese Toast - 8/11/2016
Hello everyone.
Tonight, I made Grilled Italian Cheese Toast to go with tater tots & Italian sausage meatballs. I cut a ciabatta roll in half. Then, I buttered it and drizzled Italian dressing over the slices and pan fried them. After coming off of the pan, I put shredded cheddar cheese on them. You can put any cheese you want on them. Processed cheese product doesn't work on this recipe. If the first ingredient is water, it isn't cheese. Here's a picture of the finished product.
Enjoy it with your favorite meal tonight. That's it for this post. Until my next post, have a great day.
